These terms apply when you use the Cosmos Client app. By installing and using the app, you accept them.
The app
Cosmos Client is a free app for connecting to a VPN server with a profile. Cosmos Client is not a VPN provider and does not provide VPN services: we do not sell or provide servers, subscriptions or network access.
Your server and profile
The profile and the server you connect to are provided by you or by a third-party service. We do not operate these servers and are not responsible for their operation, availability, content or how data is handled on them. Your relationship with such a service is between you and that service.
Lawful use
Use the app in accordance with the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for how and for what purpose you use the app and the servers you connect to.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its operation and are not liable for any damage arising from its use or inability to use it.
Open-source components
The app uses open-source components, including the sing-box core (GPL-3.0-or-later). They are distributed under their own licenses; the list is in the app: About → Open Source Licenses.
App stores
For the App Store version, Apple’s Standard License Agreement applies; for the Google Play version, Google Play’s terms apply. In case of conflict with these terms, the terms of the store you installed the app from prevail.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
