When reporting a bug, include your device, system version and app version (shown at the bottom of the Cosmos tab). If the bug keeps happening, attach the log: how to send it.

Subscription, payment and servers

Cosmos Client doesn’t sell access and doesn’t run servers. Expiry, traffic, payment and server operation are handled by whoever issued your profile — their contacts are in the Provider tab.
